             b. Fill-up registration form

             c. Pay the enrollment fee

             

             Below are the prices per courses:

 

 

            (1)VOICE LESSON 12 SESSIONS, 2HOURS/SESSION                                         -  PHP 7,200

            (2)PIANO /(3)GUITAR LESSON 12 SESSIONS, 1HOUR/SESSION                           -  PHP 4,560

            (4)PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT W/ MODELLING/(5)DANCE LESSON 12 SESSIONS - PHP  5,200

            (6)VIOLIN/(7)DRUMS LESSON 12 SESSIONS, 1HOUR/SESSION                            - PHP 6,900

              c. Fill out reg. scan and email it to us together with your scanned deposit slip at musicfirst168@yahoo.com
